Georgia Work Ready Program

GreyStone Power Corporation is on board with Governor Sonny Perdue’s initiative to make Georgia a Work Ready state. Georgia’s Work Ready program involves a certification process that allows job seekers and current workforce to take a free job assessment that will indicate their skill levels to potential employers. The certificate guarantees that job seekers have the portable skills – reasoning, reading and basic math – to serve as a foundation for training. All technical schools in Georgia offer testing for the program, and free online training is available to help test takers improve their skills. For more information on the program, visit www.gaworkready.org.
