Self service interruptions possible
As part of GreyStone’s continued efforts to enhance service quality, regularly-scheduled maintenance windows are planned during which time self service options may not be operational. These will take place the third weekend of each calendar month for the first quarter of 2012. Maintenance will occur from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Upcoming maintenance days are February 18, February 19, March 17, and March 18.
Maintenance is planned during these time periods in order to reduce the impact on our service to you. Actual downtime will be kept to the absolute minimum required to maintain the highest levels of service quality. The maintenance windows could affect service on the interactive voice response system, web services, and web pages, based on the type of maintenance being conducted. We thank you for your patience during these update times.
