In compliance with O.C.G.A. 44-12-236 of The Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act, GreyStone Power Corporation is attempting to locate former members whose capital credits were issued in 2002, but which have been returned by the U.S. Post Office as “undeliverable” or have otherwise been unclaimed.

A current list of these members, with their last known addresses and instructions for claiming these funds, is posted on our website at www.greystonepower.com/capitalcredits1.asp or at our corporate office located at 4040 Bankhead Highway, Douglasville, Georgia, for review from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The last possible date to claim these funds is September 30, 2008. If these funds are not claimed by this date, they will be donated for charitable uses, as permitted by O.C.G.A. 44-12-236.
