In an effort to offer additional member-friendly payment options and eventually reduce paper waste, GreyStone Power offers two options for members: eBilling and eChecking.
Through eBilling, members may sign up to receive an email notification when their power bill is available online. A link is provided, taking members directly to their bill within GreyStone’s online billing system without having to sign in separately. Members may pay their bill by credit card or any of GreyStone’s other established methods of payment.
Although members who sign up for eBilling will initially receive copies of their power bills in the mail as well, the eventual goal of the program is to offer members a way to stop receiving hard copies of their bill and instead create a paperless and more environmentally friendly transaction each month.

Members may use eChecking without signing up for it by simply selecting ‘eCheck’ from GreyStone’s online payment options. Members who want to use eChecking on a regular basis or over the phone should create an eCheck profile. This can be done on the Web site or by calling 770-942-6576.
Echecking complements the eBilling option.
"I think most people who sign up for eBilling will want to pay online," says Glenn Purcell, Information Systems Vice President. "There will be a small charge of $0.60 per transaction for using eChecking, much as there is a fee for using a credit card, but it’s very convenient."
Once a profile of a member has been established, a member can use eChecking through GreyStone’s Web site or over the phone. A profile is established when a member submits their checking account information to GreyStone. Once this is done, a member may submit payments to GreyStone. Normal charges for returned checks will be applied if eChecking is used and there are insufficient funds in a member’s account.
