Charles Rutland is a long-time resident of Paulding County and has been a director since 1989. He is the owner and operator of CER Farms Hay and Cattle. Mr. Rutland retired from GreyStone Power Corporation as Department Manager of New Construction after 33 years of service. He currently serves as elected Supervisor for Paulding County of the Coosa River Soil and Water Conservation District. He also serves on the Executive Council of the R.C. & D. Council, an organization dedicated to the preservation of natural resources, conservation and economic development in a nine-county area including Douglas, Paulding, Bartow and Carroll Counties. He is Past President of the Council. He and his wife, Margaret, live in Powder Springs and have three children and three grandchildren.
