Important Notice:

 

All members currently using bank, credit card and debit card draft must re-enroll with their new account numbers!

 

All members using financial institutions to pay their bills must alert them of their new account numbers!

 

   
     

In April, on your redesigned electric bill, you received a new account number. Therefore, all members who have paid by recurring bank draft, credit card draft and debit card draft must re-enroll using your new account numbers. You will no longer be charged a convenience fee on credit or debit card draft! It is important for you to take this action before you pay your next bill to avoid any incorrect assignment of payments which could lead to late fees or disconnects.

 

Members who are not yet enrolled in recurring payments may also take advantage of the freedom from convenience fees by using their new account numbers to sign up.

 

To enroll or to re-enroll, register for a new online account by clicking the link on the left side of the homepage which reads, “Register for online services.” After you have registered click the login link on the left side to login with your User ID and password.  You will note a navigation bar on the left side. One of the options is the Make Payment link which will allow you to make a single payment. To re-enroll or enroll in Auto Pay, select the Auto Pay link. To complete the payment you will be redirected to GreyStone’s bill payment processor website.
