(Includes Heat Pump with Gas back-up heat or straight Heat Pump)

Requirements:

• Attic insulation minimum of R-30
• Double pane or storm windows
• Plenums and trunk lines at air handler sealed with mastic
• All ductwork in unconditioned area insulated
• Installation completed by licensed HVAC Contractor
• Receipt for completed work  (original preferred)
• Request for allowance within 90 days of installation

REPLACE GAS WATER HEATER WITH ELECTRIC     Rebate of $425

Requirements:

• Minimum 50-gallon tank
• Minimum .90 Energy Efficiency Rating (EF). If less than .90, then an installed water heater jacket is required.
• Pipes insulated (6 ft.minimum for hot water line, 2ft. minimum for cold water line) 
• Original receipt for water heater tank
• Request for allowance within 90 days of installation
