To Transfer service to a new residence in the GreyStone service area:
You may be asked to provide the following:
1. Proof of identification (driver's license, passport, or other government-issued picture ID)
2. Copy of valid lease or proof of residence, if applicable.
3. Payment of deposit, if required, in addition to a non-refundable $22 processing fee and refundable $10 membership fee (cash, personal check, Visa/MC/Discover card accepted). Deposit is based on results of soft credit check and may be waived with favorable results.
Please note that all applications for service are subject to credit check.
Disconnecting service may be done by completing a Disconnect Service form, or by phone or visit to a GreyStone office. Please allow at least one business day to complete your request; we cannot accommodate same-day disconnection.
