BEWARE! Scammers are at it again. A couple of members were recently contacted and told to make a payment or their service would be disconnected. The caller even sent the member a barcode to send the payment to, and called the member multiple times. The scammer advised GreyStone has a new payment website (which we DO NOT) and said the member should no longer pay their bills on our site anymore. THIS IS FALSE. Do not be fooled. GreyStone employees will NEVER call members demanding an immediate payment to avoid disconnection. If you are unsure about the status of your account and you receive one of these calls, hang up, then give us a call at 770-942-6576 to speak to a representative to verify your account.
Avoid utility scams
